There’s nothing like pointing fingers at others, blaming everyone to be the problem.

Don’t be blindsided by the media, we can all be toxic and don’t need to play the victim here.

Instead gain self awareness don’t let life run you over all because people treat you terribly.

Although it may help to look out for red flags in others it equally to look at yourself in the mirror.

Ask yourself what about these people might also reflect about me.

How may I have similar traits to these people.

Spotting your blind spots

You have to be mindful of why these people approach you.

Think of it as a blind spot you haven’t quite taken the time to look at.

By doing so we can see the ways we allow certain things to happen or not.

Similar traits we see and how we can start to see them within ourselves on a deeper subs conscious level.

What you might not like in another might be something deep within yourself you haven’t quite come to terms with.

Much like how we impose our biases onto others of who they are it can be very much the same with how we judge their character.

Shift your attitude

As long as you have the desire the change, so will your life.

Don’t be discouraged if people around you don’t match up to your energy.

It’s just a bigger clue that you need to change, spend more time away in a toxic environment.
